An Idaho local, Chip’s practice spans the state of Idaho, and Washington. Chip brings a wealth of life experience and a practical perspective to the practice of law. Chip won his first jury trial on a limited license while still in law school, and since then has established himself as a successful trial lawyer. Chip has settled multi-million dollar cases, and argued successfully to the Idaho Supreme Court.
Chip’s practice is focused on representing victims of personal injury, family law, and criminal defense. Chip is an aggressive and competent advocate, who is fiercely dedicated to representing and advocating for his clients.
An true Idahoan, Chip grew up in the treasure valley on a small horse operation, and participated in High School and College Rodeo. Chip was a professional rodeo cowboy prior to attending law school at the University of Idaho. Chip utilizes connections throughout the Northwest to assist clients with effective representation and advocacy.
Jason is a second generation Idaho attorney who focuses his practice on representing injured Idaho workers, as well as other victims of personal injury, including wrongful death. Since focusing his practice on workers’ compensation and personal injury, Jason has obtained outstanding results both in and out of the courtroom.
Prior to co-founding Giles and Thompson Law, Jason worked for three years at a local insurance defense firm, which gave him unique insight and experience into how insurance companies handle both workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. That experience has translated into the ability to consistently obtain maximum benefits for clients, whether advocating in court, or through aggressive negotiations with insurance companies.
